Without a doubt, she was the most incompetent and most unfeeling provider I have ever encountered in 40+ years. I came in with a bunch of labs, which she claimed to review, and with one fell swoop, just disregarded all the data and essentially said it was fake. Backwards and rude. I pointed out that the data in the labs didn't uncover anything outside of the ordinary purview of a urologist. She just blankly stared at me and, after several moments, said, "I'm sorry, I can't help you." I got way more help from my PCP. This visit to a "specialist" was worse than useless, because she wasted my time and was callous into the bargain. Also wasted my money. She offered no treatment or help whatsoever, then falsely claimed that her office had provided "imaging services," stuck my insurance company with an extra $500 onto the bill, and overall I had to pay $200 to meet with this foolish provider. Terrible experience, stay far away from this woman.
