I've been a patient of Dr. Nation for 20 years. She is professional and pleasant.

I'm thinking a few folks below aren't really real.. I've been a Dr. N patient for 20 years!. Got my daughters a n others as well. This office is on top of the patient experience, and I'm always satisfied... Always professional, always friendly in a job where experience counts, relationships are key, and schedule is a priority, to not key the other patients waiting...If those negative comments are even half real, I'm grateful they found elsewhere to go! I'm happy to found a great communicator and practitioner, who has an abundance of knowledge and good listener and bedside manner to get me through my next TWENTY YEARS.

Dr. Nation can be rude and unprofessional. I had been with her for over 7 years. At first, her staff would call me last minute to tell me they had to move my appointment time because the dr’s day wasn’t full. She wouldn’t sit around waiting for me all day..their exact words. It was completely unprofessional. If I was forced to reschedule of my own volition she would take offense, guilt me saying that others would love to have had my appointment and then tell me about her mortgage that needed paying. I was so flabbergasted, it was from her that I was told that I could relay my situation, talk about why I may not be able to make an appointment, only for her to behave as though she hadn’t opened up those lines of communication. I let her know she was being unprofessional, that a simple response would have sufficed, she went on to remove not only myself from her office but also my husband who had taken no part in our disagreement. Again, proving herself unprofessional.

Wish I could give less than 1 star. Went there, filled out all the paperwork, went through the wait and was in one of the back rooms waiting for Dr. Nation. I went there because I have been having knee problems and am not from the area and wanted a recommendation on what kind of specialist to go to and who would be best. After about an hour of waiting the nurse came in and tried to sell me on getting a flu shot, which I declined, and then tried to convince me to get some other shots. After another 5 minutes the nurse came back in and said "if you don't feel a commitment to public health us here at this office don't feel a commitment to helping you with personal health. Doctor herself wouldn't even come into the room and see me. Staff was nice and helpful but Dr. Nation is unprofessional and close minded. TL;DR: "Doctor refused to see me after an hour of wait because I wouldn't get their shots."

This practice relies on a patient portal to inform you of information. I didn't realize I was due an annual physical until a nurse called me to tell me that they would not refill my prescription until I made an appointment. A few weeks later I called to make an appointment. I was told the next available appointment for a Friday (my only day off) would be 2 months away. I asked if another doctor in the practice could see me sooner. I was told not for an annual. So, I agreed to take the appointment. I then received a call from the nurse with a very condescending tone demanding to know why I would be 4 months late for a physical and then schedule an appointment 2 months away. When I tried to explain, she interrupted and became very combative. I hung up. I cancelled my appointment in the ridiculous portal. They just lost me as a patient. I won't be spoken to in that manner.

She is always running more than 1hour behind, but if you show up more than 10minutes late, she makes you reschedule even if you have made the effort to arrive.

I was a patient of Doctor Nation for five years and I noticed that she frequently misdiagnosed which wasted my time, money and bad for my health. We're all busy trying to make ends meet and raise a family so when you're sick you need someone who would take out the time to really listen to your ailment and give you good advise to recover fast. I found myself wasting time to setup appointments, sit and wait more than an hour in the waiting room with each visit and get prescriptions for medicine that did not make me better. I had suspected that she was incompetent for quite sometime and then I got confirmation once and for all. One time after taking the medication from Dr. Nation for 2 weeks and things were getting worse, I mentioned my condition to my son's doctor when I took him in for his appointment and found that the recommendation that this MD has given me was the opposite of what Dr. Nation provided me. What is even more evidence that she is incompetent is that the other… doctor's advise worked after 2 days. And her staff, I had to come back twice to get my blood work done because they have misplaced my blood work the first time. Don't waste your time, money and health --you deserve better than this.

Very professional and caring provider. Office staff is very friendly. Great practice.
