Dr. Amy Loden, MD

I should have trusted the negative reviews about her on the internet. She gave me the wrong diagnosis which was corrected by another physician. And was too rude to see her mistake and rectify it.

I've been to Dr. Loden several times. I found she really listened, and I connected with her well. She ordered the appropriate tests and followed through. She quickly provided other referrals to physicians to address my problems; e.g., pelvic floor PT, gastroenterologist, orthopeadic doctor for back pain, etc. I've recommended her to others.

Visited Dr Loden with all symptoms of lyme disease , she wanted to order same old blood count, suar, thyroid test had done multiple times before , I brought old test and she didnt want to look at them , had an ekg at another dr. office week before and she wanted to give another . Asked her for lyme test and acted as if I insulted her. I said ive been to multiple dr's and said something is wrong with me, i just need help. She said" yes i believe something is wrong with you alright"and ordered labs for same old test again but for the addition of an RA factor test I thought but at the bottom of stack was an order for an illicit drug test! i guess she thought I was on drugs or was trying to get pain pills. I was confirmed western Blot positive for Lyme Disease through an Lyme literate dr's office. she had no open mindedness, compasssion or professionalism as far as I'm concerned, she was like the many before her.

Worst Doctor I have ever been too. She has had multiple misdiagnoses and she is rude and very unprofessional. Amy Loden has everyone in her office call the patient, but she never takes the time to do so herself.

Misdiagnosed me leaving me with an infection for almost two weeks that got progressively worse. I was able to go see another doctor and get the correct diagnosis and treatment in the time it took for her to make a follow-up appointment with me (which by that time was useless). Would not recommend to anyone.

Would not recommend her to even my worst enemies. I am a doctor myself and I am embarrassed to call Dr. Loden a fellow physician. She has absolutely no understanding of ethical care and lacks empathy. Do not see her or any of her colleagues.

Can't say enough good things about my visit with Dr. Loden. This was the second time I've seen her; first was a year ago. She spends all the time you need to discuss your health issues - very thorough and a friendly manner that puts you at ease.

The worst experience I have ever had with a physician. Came to see the doctor after 5 days of having a fever and was scheduled with the nurse practitioner who tested for the flu (which was negative) and then told me to "wait it out". I consistently called every day afterwards with new and worse symptoms and still was not seen by the doctor. I finally got an appointment 10 days after my original fever to look at test results. Not only were the test results not in, but Dr. Loden spent the entire time attacking me about how I had handled the situation poorly and continually arguing until I told her I wanted to discontinue our doctor-patient relationship. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I thankfully had seen another doctor already at this point who immediately diagnosed me with a sinus infection and prescribed me the correct medication. The other doctor was shocked I waited for over a week with a fever and still had not gotten treatment. Would never recommend Dr. Loden… or any of her colleagues to anybody.

I have had serious illness for about 2 years and Dr. Amy Loden thought that it was my anxiety that i was sick. WRONG! she even told me to " hurry up talking" because i wasted her time. never seeing her again.
