I very much appreciate Amy Rathmun's positive and professional demeanor throughout the visit. I feel that I can trust her and ask her honest questions about my health care, and get both caring and informed responses. I feel that she listens to and addresses concerns, while also being clear and direct with information. I appreciate her non-judgemental and personal approach. I will most definitely ask for her by name again.
