Do not use this group. Your time and child means nothing to them. Getting an appointment when your child is sick is impossible. They always refer you to a Doc in the box or the emergency room. I feel that if you have had a doctor for years they should take the time to see your child when they are ill. No ethics and rude employees.

Patient have to wait 30 minutes or more to go in the room, then wait another 20-30 min in the room. very hard to to get an appointments with her, they do not schedule emergency appointments at all. Very rude personal, Erica is the only nice person in the from desk or appointment scheduler.

Dr. Relkin is an excellent Pediatrician. Our daughter has had wonderful care under Dr. Relkin!! Doctor Amy's Knowledge, interest, professionalism, sensitivity with our child, and informative care in which she shares with us is so very welcomed. Dr. Relkin asks and answers questions we have as well as her young patient has (smile - and yes, our daughter is inquisitive). She also gives thorough exams and keeps us in the loop. Her office staff is excellent, professional, caring and helpful. The waiting room is comfortable for the children and parents - roomy. The wait time and visit time are reasonable too! Dr. Relkin's knowledge of Medical field is wonderful. We feel comfortable asking questions we have that pertain to our child's health and well-being. GREAT PEDIATRIAN !!! We have made many recommendations when asked by people wanting a a Peds Physician.

Dr. Relkin is very competent and listens very well. I trust the life of my child with her...which sums things up. However, her staff is incompetent, poorly educated, and you need to keep an eye on everything they do. They may give your child the wrong injection or just forget about you in a room. She needs to hire real nurses, not second rate medical assistants who say they are nurses.

Dr. RelkinIs very thorough, professional, and always follows up on my kids progress. She makes herself available for questions, and takes her time with each patient (makes the wait worth it). She is very patient - even with my uncooperative child. She is very kind and truly cares about her patients and their family. She is great!I highly recommend her!

My children have been seeing Dr. Relkin since they were born. She is a fabulous doctor and the staff at Rio Vistas is great! I would highly recommend her.
