Dr. Amy Lynn Richardson, MD

Dr Richardson incorrectly diagnosed our daughter. When the symptoms became worse, we called back and she refused to speak with us. A doctor, refusing to speak with a patient?!? How about that for upholding the ethical standards of a physician.

I took my daughter to cooks children’s alliance urgent care with fever, sore throat , swollen neck and swollen tonsils and I was told by doctor Amy Richardson there is nothing wrong with her it is a virus it will go away in a couple of days and if she doesn’t get better to bring her back 4 days latter my daughter had gotten worse so I went back to cook children’s alliance and they refused to see her unless I pay another 236.74 so I asked to speak to a manager and I was told there were no managers at the time. They didn’t give her the correct treatment. They didn’t diagnose her correctly and they don’t know how to diagnose kids right. So I suggest that you never visit this cook children’s urgent care because I will not be visiting here until they know how to diagnose correctly and give correct treatment.

We are new to the area and I was looking for a great pediatrician for my four children. I took my 3 year old for his well check and Dr. Richardson and her staff were prompt and caring. I will be bringing all of my children to her and would recommend her services.
