Dr. Amy Elizabeth Rothberg, MD

Having tried everything and lost 85 pounds under Dr. Rothberg's care I could care less if she isn't cuddly -- she knows here stuff, she gets results, she a leader in her field and I want a doctor who will give it to me straight, not indulge my emotional needs. That's what therapists do. Doctors like Dr. Rothberg help you navigate the path to permanent weight loss. And if you have to be coaxed and cuddled through the process you aren't going to keep it off anyway. But if you have the will to win this battle Dr. Rothberg is a great partner.

I have been under Dr. Rothberg's care for 3 years. Her treatment has improved all aspects of my life and I have been able to drop over 60 pounds and I feel better than ever before. Her treatment of my diabetes has changed my life.

I have never had a doctor respond so quickly and completely to messages, follow up so well, and think so much about my whole body situation. Rothberg is an exceptional doctor, I think. At first I was not sure if I would like her but after our first consult, she has been an incredible partner along the way. I completely trust her and wish I could clone her into other specialists!

This seems to be a decent medical professional, but my experience with her at the first consultation appointment turned me off to her. She was quite rude, bedside manner is almost non existent (from what I observed.) I am an overweight person, and everything I was experiencing was because I was overweight and smoked. It's like she judged me because of those things, and that is just unfair. I have a followup with her soon, and I am canceling. Overall, not impressed.
