I went to Dr. Russell, and her dental work had to be redone. I had no problem or pain in my bottom left tooth; Dr. Russell insisted the tooth needed wor. Since her work, I have experienced massive pain in the tooth. Another dentist recommended the tooth be pulled because of her work. The two front teeth she worked on had to be redone. Dr. Russell put a prominent point on the right tooth that would not let me close my mouth or chew food.

Dr. Any and her staff are excellent. Friendly, courteous, and gentle. Highly recommended. Real people.

Terrible dentist. I have a lot of amalgam fillings in my molars. The amalgam fillings have been securely in my molars for the last 20 or so years. When Dr. Russell couldn't find anything wrong with my teeth, she told me she needed to take out ALL of the amalgam fillings out and replace them with composite resin (white) fillings. I was stupid enough to agree to let her replace the amalgam fillings with composite resin fillings in my bottom right quadrant. Not only was this a completely unnecessary procedure, but she did a terrible job at it and I had to go back so she could file down the fillings because they were sticking out so much that I could not bite down properly. The kicker? While the teeth with the amalgam fillings are holding out like champs, on of the bottom right molars on which she had worked broke after I bit on a piece of bread. Needless to say, I no longer visit this dentist. My new dentist has confirmed that the work she did was terrible.

Dr Russell and staff were very friendly. I had several procedures and Dr Russell was so gentle. I was given two treatment options and appreciated the time given to me to explain each one. I am very pleased with my experience and the dental work. I would recommend Dr Russell to anyone looking for a great dentist in Dunwoody!

Dr Russell's staff is excellent. Her hygienists do a fabulous job, but I was not happy with Dr. Russell's service. She recommended excessive procedures and when I got a second opinion, I was told that the part of my teeth that Dr. Russell had already worked on was in worse condition than the rest of my mouth.
