Dr. Amy Robbins Salerno, MD

Salerno is excessively rude. Every interaction w/her was dreadful. She treats people as if they are beneath her. Therefore, I absolutely refused to allow her to continue being our “family physician.” I find her demeanor aggressive and confrontational. Both of which are highly inappropriate and unnecessary, given her profession.

Would not recommend this practitioner.

Very pleased with the care by Doctora Salerno and her staff at Zufall. Conscientious and kind doctor who is very dedicated to her patients.

Wrong DX, she got my urine results mixed up with another patient.

My son was misdiagnosed by her, sent us home then as he became sicker I could not reach anyone except a receptionist who asked me why don't you just call 911? WTH? So I took him to another Doctor my neighbor recommended who fit us in immediately that day and prescribed the medicine he needed, he is fully recovered now. Some words of precaution If you or a loved one is/ are sick do not go to Amy Salerno. On top of that they also lost his records (IDK but it seemed very convent for that office) records that were needed by the Doctor who saved his life.

A very unprofessional doctor! Along with the awful staff! Is this lady on something? She insults me and speaks to my daughter as if we do not understand English. She assumes my daughter isn't taking her medication without any blood work results. As a parent I always make sure my daughter is taking her medication daily and eating better due to her condition. The day we go into the office because my daughter condition has become worst, Dr.Amy Salerno starts to become irritated. She accuses me of not taking care of my daughter (without any blood work done). Then she starts questioning me when was the last time my daughter seen her specialist, I explain we have an appointment in two weeks. Amy starts raising her voice in front of my daughter, she goes on to say "you are not taking your medication and your iron in very low because you are not eating iron enrich foods, have you ever heard of oatmeal?! do you even know how to make it!!!" I could not believe my ears. She then ordered blood… work. We left the office both feeling upset. a few day later the blood work came in showing my daughter has taken all medication daily and her iron was even better. No apologies from the staff of site manager. This left my daughter and I feeling very down because of the way we both were treated.

Very nice and personable. Never made me feel ashamed when I disclosed a very embarrassing medical problem.

This so called doctor should not be practicing on any patients.

She made me wait an hr. to see her, I don't think she was even there, she comes in through the side door. Then my lab test results got mixed up with someone else. She said it has happened before. This woman doesn't know what she is doing.

Dr. Salerno gave so many years of service to the local community. She posses an uncommon mixture of expertise in Family Medicine with old-fashioned bed-side manner of kindness and regard for all patients and their families. Her office staff, especially Carmen were very attentive during the more than one decade we were in their care. Thank you Dr. Salerno and staff!
