Dr. schram is the best. She spends the appropriate amount of time, answers questions and concerns honestly and is friendly, funny and relatable. I trust her implicitly and she never fails to put a smile on my face.

Committed and kind doctor who really sees her patients as whole people.

Dr. Schram is a great doctor, however trying to get an appointment to see her is very difficult. The office staff is horrible with scheduling. I was in the ER and was told to follow up with my doctor within one day. The earliest appointment they could give me is 15 days away. They told me it is not a "sick" appointment. I'm sorry, but I feel that being in the ER requires a "sick" status and this is not the first time the office staff has made it difficult for me to see my own doctor. I have changed my insurance company just so I can remain with Dr. Schram, however the office makes it impossible to see her. I always have to wait for "sick" patients while I am there, regardless of my status of being sick or a well-appointment, so I do not understand why it is so difficult to fit me in.

Dr. Schram is very nice to talk to, and has a good bedside manner. However, she isn't knowledgeable on anything thyroid related and doesn't seem to interested in learning. Probably good for sore throats and such, but if you are looking for someone to work with you on anything complicated, keep looking. Also, the office is at the hospital which is stressful and annoying. Also, the practice is HUGE, so good luck getting in touch with anyone to follow up on labs. Moving along.....

Dr. Schram is a good doctor and a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately same cannot be said for the staff or the management of the staff. Record keeping is not in check. When calling office theincorrect information is given out.

I really had a great and pleasant experience with Dr. Schram. She was so nice, so caring, and helped me tremendously. She was willing to spend a lot of time with me and I felt like she really listened to me. She even followed up the very next day. I will definitely be seeing her the next time I need an appointment.
