My first visit with Dr was for a colonoscopy. She answered my questions and put my mind at ease over what many consider a horrible procedure. Wonderful bedside Mann. I highly recommend her

I want to say that I' am not very happy with the customer service given by the receptionist. My wife has received services from Bay Care Medical group for three years; So there wasn't any reason why they were not able to pull up her medical records.; And she was not able to use Tricare; Which has always been used. I found the customer service to be very poor and not very helpful to my wife.

Terrible process in place to see Dr Strickland! Apparently you will meet her on the day of your procedure or test. She wants your primary care doctor to send pertinent information and recommendations on what procedure you may need. I want to speak to the Specialist first and go from there. Horrible way to deal with patients.

I remember meeting Dr. Strickland and felt at ease with her as she explained what the process would be. She was warm, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this doctor to my friends and would use her services in the future.

I would not recommend this dr to my worst enemy. Any dr who feels they don't need to explain tests,results,ect Should not be in practice.
