Dr. Amy Tanchyk

After my first child needed teeth extracted, and had an excellent experience with Dr. Tanchyk, I returned to her for my daughter's wisdom teeth extraction--not an easy procedure as the teeth had not yet erupted, but need to come out pre-orthodontics. Again, Dr. Tanchyk was kind, patient, reassuring, calming, and provided excellent care.

I went for an extraction and my experience was not pleasant from the start. The office staff is very rude. They hung up on me numerous times! Mrs. Tanchyk refused to use general anesthesia when the office had told me this would be done. The tooth was pulled with such force that i thought there would be permanent damage after that! There was no time to recover, not even 10 minutes, her staff was pushing me out the door dizzy and bloody and drooling. I was dizzy driving myself home. For the appointment for the implant, they want the money upfront even without meeting for a consultation or collecting the portion from the insurance first. This poor treatment helped me because I quickly called my insurance and found a new doctor! There are way better options than tolerate this kind of treatment!
