Dr. Tickle is a very caring doctor that takes time to answer your questions and explain everything you, she doesn't rush to get you out, I am very happy with the care I receive from her...

She has been an excellent provider. Very attentive and on top of my health issues.

Dr tickle is the first doctor I’ve seen in years, if ever, that actually listens. She’s a fairly young doctor, but is a throwback to a time when your doctor actually CARED about you and took responsibility to help you be healthy.

When a person is in rehab-- they are under the care of the therapists !!! That is what it is for. She is not trained to teach someone how to walk or talk again. If it was for managing diabetes etc she can do that. That is her job. It just sounds like you don't understand how therapy works and you want everything done for you. I know personally she goes by whatever rules there are for paperwork. I also know she cares deeply about her patients. Did you ever think that maybe trying to do this from another state has been part of your problem ? Not saying it hasn't been a hardship and for that I'm sorry. But no reason to dump all over dr tickle for that. She is amazing.

If you are searching for a family doctor, keep searching. Amy Tickle is very inexperienced and a big disappoinment. I have my sister's power of attorney since her stroke in June. In August, she was discharged to a rehab center where she was overseen by Dr. Tickle who continually brushed off any responsibilities saying it was the therapists responsibilities. She then accepted my sister as "her patient" upon discharge. She didn't get any of her records. My sister was left completely disabilitated/paralyzed so I applied for Social Security Disabilty (SSD) for her. Dr. Tickle was provided the papers three different times but never filled out any of them yet she had her office staff send something totally insignificant that there could not be a determination for her SSD (again, she is completely disable so why couldn't she simply type a paragraph saying this)????? The SSD administrators and I went around her to get other paperwork. She continues to ignore requests for additional cardiology… referrals. I live in a different state or I would be in her office every time I had an issue. That might get their attention!When I can, I am changing doctors. Care with her has only been moderate.
