Blair S. Bittner, DDS is excited to be an associate of Dr. Amy Woo, whose quality practice she feels totally embodies her own philosophy about dentistry. With over a decade of dental experience and specialized training in cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Bittner believes she will be able to enrich the services already being provided by the practice.
Dr. Bittner is passionate about her work and driven by the desire to know everything there is to know about cosmetic dentistry. She enjoys close relationships with her patients, whose trust she values as she strives to make sure they receive the best dental care possible. Her goal is to make sure that her patients are aware of all of the options available to them, so they can choose a solution that best meets their individual needs. Her greatest satisfaction is patient satisfaction and nothing makes her happier than to give the gift of a great smile!
After obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry at the …University of the Pacific (UOP), in Stockton, California, Dr. Bittner went on to study dentistry at the UOP School of Dentistry. She was awarded a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1998 and is currently a member of the American Dental Association.
After graduating, Dr. Bittner began to build her own practice in family and general dentistry and continued to study cosmetic dentistry at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. She became a certified instructor for Invisalign and traveled around the country training and certifying practicing dentists in Invisalign technology. She is a multiple recipient of the Invisalign Innovator Award.
Giving back to the community has always been important part of her life. While still in dental school, Dr. Bittner became aware of the need for free and low cost dental care for at risk youth in the San Francisco bay area. She began helping these children and went on to become a founding member of Kids in the Klinic, which provides charity based dental services through the UOP. Together with her family, she continues to be actively involved in fundraising for this charity.
Dr. Bittner has three children and currently resides in Los Gatos. She enjoys the outdoors and in her spare time, takes advantage of the many trails in the area to ride her bike, hike or go for a run. She is a keen tennis player and also enjoys skiing and playing golf.
