You may be feeling stuck in your life currently, or you may be trying to overcome something difficult that happened in your past. I am here to help you work through both. I support individual clients who are tackling issues such as anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, issues with relationships, managing chronic health conditions, postpartum depression and anxiety, challenges with infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum anxiety and depression, adoption, surrogacy and challenges parenting or co-parenting. I provide a warm and welcoming space for people to feel validated and supported.
I specialize in treating postpartum anxiety and depression, PTSD, and trauma related disorders. I have extensive training in EMDR which is an evidence-based treatment for PTSD, and I have extensive training in the treatment of postpartum …anxiety, depression and overall mental health of women and men after having children. My approach integrates a variety of treatment modalities, to best meet each client's needs. I work collaboratively with clients, helping them identify meaningful goals while taking small steps towards achieving them. I enjoy getting to know people, and I work hard to create a space where everyone feels comfortable, safe, and heard.
