Absolutely unresponsive. My wife is a long time patient who was having issues. Called her office 4 times for an appointment, no response. Texted for on line appointment as website stated, no response. This is very unprofessional and poor service. Be aware!!!

Do not waste your time with this doctor. She will leave you hanging. I had a colonscopy, ultra sound and lots of lab work. My diagnosis was a rare disease. At my appointment she came in completely unprepared. No computer or tablet, just was going to wing it. She never followed through with referring me to Mayo Clinic. After one month I find out they faxed to the wrong number. Then sent it a second time to the wrong department with incomplete records. She told me since joining South Baldwin Medical they want her in the hospital doing colonscopies and not doing clinics. This then results in a doctor who can NOT care for her patients in a timely manner without a million excuses for all the mistakes made. Patients can NOT get appointments sooner than 5 months out, nor can they get answers regarding their diagnosis or referrals when they are needed. Terrible non-caring experience. Incompetent staff.

My 80 year old mother drove 25 miles to keep an appointment with Dr. Woods. The staff was incompetent and didn’t have the general paperwork that was previously submit electronically. Then she waited over and hour and a half for the doctor who never showed. No explanation or apology or anything was ever offered even when my mom told them she was leaving now.

Great bedside manners. She is caring and listens to my concerns intently and always has a plan to address my concerns with positive results!

Was referred to Dr. Woods by my primary physician. When I called to make an appointment, I was told the office was closed and would re-open at 1:00. I asked if I could leave my name and number and was told(in a not very nice manner) No. They aren't allowed to take numbers. I would have to call back after 1:00. WHAT??? Why did they answer the phone if it was closed? There are too many doctor with pleasant, professional staff to deal with rude, lazy people.
