Absolutely love Dr. Bell. Very professional and seems to care for her patients.

This woman looked at my daughter's private parts, even when I asked her not to. Very dissatisfied!!

Dr. Bell is awesome and Carmen (front desk person) is also great. But found out that Athens-Limestone Hospital owns this facility. They require her to over-book patients to meet quotas. When we started taking our child there it was amazing. They were prompt & efficient! Now a year later it is completely the opposite (probably why Dr. Bell is leaving). I cannot sit in an office waiting to see a Dr. for over and hr & 1/2 with a 1 year old! That is crazy! Also, new Dr. mis-diagnosed my child. I will be finding where ever Dr. Bell went!

The doctor is never in the office. Half the time the nurse sees your child without prior notice.

The doctor never told me that my daughter could be having problem with gluten or cows milk. Her constipation and diaper rashes continued for over six months. She always just gave medicine but never treated her problems. My new ped found this problem immediately.

The office is not very clean...unchanged sheets on beds. They cancel appointments the day of often. The office staff are not the friendliest at all. They don't seem to care for their patients. Awful.

The doctor does not care for her patients or their well being. The office is dirty. Also the staff is very rude. Pathetic.

The paper sheets on the bed were not changed and were almost always absent. The nurse said she didn't have time to change them. That is just disgusting. The doctor does not call you back when she's supposed to. It takes days to get a sick child appointment or prescription called in. You get appointments canceled the day of. The staff is rude especially the stuck up new receptionist. You get talked to as if you know absolutely nothing. This is the rudest office. They do not care about their patients. I would never recommend them to anyone. Horrible!
