She was constantly have issues with her staff in her Rialto office ALL THIS YEAR! They lost a form from my Attorney 3 times! and never once apologized after having me come to their office and refusing to work on me 3 different times, a 30 minute drive minimum each way, having to have someone drive me because they first time she finally worked on me she ended up pulling a live nerve during a root canal and wouldn't stop even though I was screaming in pain for her to...and then she said ' I can't stop a root canal once it is started'', which I know not to be true because I have had my previous dentist stop while doing one because they couldn't get down through the twisted root and sent me to an Orthodontist to finish it. They repeated lied to me and then had the audacity to say I was lying and so was my Attorney and his Assistant. We drove there 3 different times they scheduled me for an appointment to get there and wait 45- and hour each time to be told they didn't have the proper… paperwork, which they did they just couldn't locate it...which would have been better to know before I had sedated myself to walk back in there and have someone take their time to drive me there! In the end she did a faulty bridge that she finally replaced and now this one has a gap between it and my permanent tooth next to it right in the top front of my mouth. I spent most of this year without front teeth, went to 5 major events without any front teeth, and then they act like I am the one being unreasonable when I got angry because I had had someone drive me there while sedated to be able to have her work on me, and wait for an hour to just be told they don't have the paperwork together?...3 separate times! Then after they scheduled an appt. to complete the partial that was also broken in my car accident, they call and tell me they are dropping me as a client. When I told the office lady that there is an obvious gap between my new bridge and my tooth she told me 'well you signed that you were OK with it! I told her well I was just happy to have front teeth again after 11 months, and I was sedated, besides when i asked what I was signing for they just said "That you received the bridge", no one said anything about me being happy with it, and besides as I stated, I WAS SEDATED! then she acted surprised that I was sedated after me going rounds with the dentist to have her prescribe me something, then being told she wanted access to my complete medical records to do that, which I refused and she told me to get it from my primary Doctor. She was also aware I was taking something to relax me to be able to go back and sit in her chair because I called and spoke with her about it after the horrible root canal experience as I was having panic attacks just thinking about going back there after that horrible experience. ***Also they put SILVER fillings in my 24 yr old daughter who has been ill ever since and cannot eat or drink anything cold or hot without pain and it has BEEN 6 MONTHS OR MORE! **** I also witnessed them work on a woman whose jaw was all swollen after her sitting there for an hour along with me, when her husband asked me my experience as I guess we had been there at the same time together the last 3 visits, he said she had a broken bone or something, which I do not see how the Dentist could work on her all swollen and infected as she was. All in all it took me 11 months and a bill of over $10,000. for her to pull two front teeth, do two root canals all to prepare and install ONE FRONT BRIDGE consisting of 4 teeth! Completely ridiculous as far as I am concerned. Her office staff talked over me, argued with me and then had the nerve to say I AM THE ONE OUT OF CONTROL! They are the least professional medical office I have ever been to. They have some serious issues at that office and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! Pure nightmare the entire time! "

My daughter had been seeing this dentist since she was 6 years old.It was ok until one time this dentist left some tooth fragments after my daughter's tooth extraction which we didn't know until my daughter complained of a tootache.we came back to have the remaining tooth extracted.Today my daughter had a filling done.she told me she was in so much pain she was crying but they did the procedure anyway!This dentist put so much anesthesia injection but it didn't work at all.Her appointment was 3:15pm and until now half of my daughter's face is numb.It's 8:27pm.I don't think this Dentist knows what she's doing especially with kids.Never again will my daughter see this Dentist!
