Dr. Ana Beatriz Ganem-Perez, MD

I have been a patient for Dr. Ganem a little over 1.5 years. Her and her office have been nothing but trouble to deal with. Their billing is not itemized 75% of the time. When you call to talk to them, their documentation is inconsistent with my bank statements. When you bring in the receipts or show the billing the office manager to clarify this miscommunication, she becomes hostile and makes demeaning remarks. I am currently sick with strep, which she just diagnosed my husband yesterday. She refused to see me without a covid test, which I asked for a telehealth appointment. This is not the instance which there is a double standard and inconsistency in their practice. This is just the one where I have had to become vocal, because being understanding is not working anymore. My health is not prioritized, rather they are more interested in billing and just implementing practices on a whim.

Dr. Ganem certainly is efficient however, her staff is hostile and rude. I will be looking for a new doctor.

A staff can make or break a practice. Rap music in waiting areas. Off. is new, clean.
