Dr.Rissi is very professional & knowledgeable. Gives you the time of day and answers all your questions even though she is so busy with many patients. Very thorough in getting to the root of the problem. I feel fortunate to have her as my Dr.

I’ve been in healthcare for 30 years. I’ve encountered rude providers. I try to be understanding because the job is stressful and busy but acting as though you are too bothered to even pay attention is ridiculous! She was short and interruptive. Could not or didn’t care to answer the questions I had. My insurance should not be responsible for the bill and my copay should be refunded. I could’ve found more information on Web MD. I’ll continue to drive to Carterville to see Shoshawna Church. She listens and is an excellent provider.

Dr. Risse is a compassionate, understanding, and knowledgeable medical provider. She was great with my children, and speaks fluent Spanish, which is rare for this area. I have complicated medical problems, and she was very patient and helped me a lot.

This is the worst dr I have ever been to. I was looking for a new dr that would continue my current medications. Dr ana risse said she would not could not help me. She said she could try me on a bunch of others tho that she was more comfortable prescribing lol. Her way or no way she said. I realize they are cracking down on all Dr's but really? I see a psychologist every month and have for years and know what medications work for me or I'd try different ones. . She didn't even offer to refill them for me knowing that I was at the end of the month...! If your looking for a new primary care dr.... KEEP ON LOOKING!
