Anabel Logan, DNP, PMHNP

Anabel is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who works with patients to help them feel more steady, clear, and back in control of their lives. Anabel has been in nursing since 2019 and earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. With a background in medical, neuro, and psychiatric nursing, she takes a nuanced approach to care, helping patients build lives that feel manageable and sustainable.

Anabel’s focus extends beyond symptom relief to address sleep, stress, and the underlying patterns contributing to burnout and emotional overwhelm. In addition to medication management, she draws from DBT and ACT to integrate practical skills that help patients better manage emotions, thoughts, and day-to-day stress. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood-related conditions across different clinical settings.

Outside of work, Anabel is usually …at hot yoga, involved in animal rescue, or finding any excuse to laugh. She genuinely believes humor is one of the most underrated tools for healing and well-being.
