Dr. Anand Joshi, MD

Wow , zero compassion. I believe he actually flips a coin before entering the exam room . and that is how he decides on which of his polar opposites attitudes , and level of crazy he will display

Crazy. Avoid at all costs

Worst in every category. They will keep you on zs a patient until the procedures are no longer covered then its bye bye with no warning.

My first visit with with Dr.Joshi was a complete nightmare.After waiting for close to two hours he comes in the room to perform a nerve test,I did not know who he was,I reached out to shake his hand and he stepped back and mumbled something.He was upset about something ,I would say mad.he stuck my arm a couple of times and the test appeared over.then he says wait a minute he then stuck my neck five times handed me a Kleenex to wipe off some blood.It hurt so bad I almost cried.There was no one in the room but us.he then says something about the shots in my spine,i told him I had already done all the shots and some of them twice and they did not help and I did not want any more.He came unglued,telling me I was not going to use his clinic which he founded as a place to get my drugs.At the age of 68 and failed back surgery two years ago and all the pain I was in and the fact I had not asked for drugs and knew nothing about this man,After all that was said and done I was really looking for… the law to show up.This man should not be a doctor.I doubt he will forget this old woman.Just not right.

I'm convinced that this doctor is not motivated to make patients well, but to milk the insurance company. That's his goal.

I was in a car accident and in excruciating pain. After Pain care Physicians was recommended to me I was able to make an appointment and was seen very quickly. His staff is all smiles and very welcoming. During the visit he outlined a treatment plan and I felt better within weeks. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable in his office. They also submitted my records to my PCP in a timely manner. Dr. Joshi and his staff allowed me to feel at ease during a time where I felt vulnerable. I cannot thank them enough.

Dr. Joshi really cares about his patients and their needs. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking real solutions

Upon my first visit to Dr. Joshi's office, many of my initial concerns about dealing with my condition and pain were addressed and put to rest. Andy and his staff were very attentive throughout my visit and it was easy for me to relax as Dr. Joshi is extremely easy to talk to. A main focus for me was to attempt treatment with as little medication as possible. Dr. Joshi helped me diagnose my condition, with easy to understand terminology resulting in a logical treatment plan. I was very pleased that some alternatives to medication or procedures included suggested rehabilitation and acupuncture.I have and will continue to recommend Andy and Pain Care Physicians.

i was given drug after drug after drug for my painful neuropathy and was increasing the dose every year until I asked for a second opinion from my family doctor who immediately suggested dr Joshi. Finally somebody who has a realistic view of pain medications and their dangers. I'm no longer confused all the time and I can think for myself. I looked up my prior pain doctor and he is listed as being under board supervision on the texas medical board website. My advice to everyone is to develop a sensible approach and be awake when go in every month for drugs.
