Dr. Kapur is a good dr. If you can reach him. His office staff does not follow his policies. They don't give messages to his nurses or return calls. I have never been able to speak with the office manager about billing errors. His staff always has a different excuse for their failure to communicate with patients. If you can handle the stress and and anxiety from his office staff then he might be the right doctor for you.

Dr. Kapur took the time to listen to my concerns. He helped me get my illness under control and feel better on a daily basis. His bedside manner is awesome and I hope to follow with him for years to come.

I have gone through several physicians through the years and Dr. Kapur instantly stood out. He knows what he is doing and that's what I like about him the best. On the other hand, I wish he would slow down a little bit and take the time to connect with his patients. I am sure he will be adored more when he improves on this, but other than that he is a great doctor!
