I hope he stays in jail a long time. He fully deserves it.

Dr. anand Persuad is so greedy that he refused to see a pt that was very sick, because he has not insurance and had no money to pay for the visit. the patient died shortly. he only care about money do not care about the patients specially medicaid patients he looks down on them

For the few times I met him, he is a very cocky person and thinks he is the only physician around. To Him money is his idol, from comments he made during our conversation.Well I hope they put him away for a long time, strip his license away. His greed and avarice has made him utilize his power to achieve this wealth. But this so called Dr is selfish and has totally disregard the lives and welfare of his patients.

Better late than never. Hope he does not come out anytime soon!!!!

Dr.Persaud is THE BEST DOCTOR i have ever known, not just as a doctor but as a person! i have never been treated with so much respect emotional support! he is amazing and i consider it a blessing to have him as my doctor.

Never go to Dr. Anand Persaud's Dr office in Jamaica queens. The receptionists are rude, do not care, and do not do their jobs. Dr. Anand is a terrable physician and should not be practicing. There are always drug reps in and out who he sees instead while you wait atleast an hour before being seen...not even by him but a PA. Apparently the dr is always with a patient which is not true. His medical practice is a compleate and utter JOKE

Your lucky enough to even see dr persaud in Baldwin *Expect 2+ hour wait* mostly there are several dr assistants working. Dr persaud gave me 3 prescriptions, One i couldn't fill because the pharmacy said the maximum dose daily wasn't filed in right so i was dispensed half. The other one was handed back and simply needed to be changed, I stopped in the office twice (He was never there only rn's who staff informed couldn't help) following i called and spoke with staff yet again, left messages and was never seen to have it fixed. I tried for 2 weeks straight before giving up and finding a new dr. This was my first initial visit. I didn't want to deal with this monthly. He is very poor to his patients including the Indian lady receptionist who is angry and snappy. I overheard them mocking a patient that had walked out after appointment. I can go on and on but putting it nicely I do not like the medical practice he runs.

So Rude, Staff have no clue what there doing. This guy is BIPOLAR. He doesn't care about patients what so ever. If you want a doctors office that will switch your medications every visit, This is the place for you. If you want a stable solid MD, look elsewhere don't waste your time.
