I value Erika's professionalism as well as Dr Pillai

This is the most unprofessional, unintelligent, deceitful, and unethical doctor I have ever dealt with. I regularly see this doctor for mandatory check-ups and have been denied appointment times with up to 3 weeks wait period. The doctors hours are posted incorrectly both online and at the office in addition to being just shy of unobtainable to begin with. This doctor creates and tweaks proper office policies to her advantage with intentions to generate increased revenue. This doctor has demonstrated immoral behavior by taking advantage of inexperienced, impressionable, and young women. Furthermore, Pillai does not ask for permission but instead explains that various additional testing is due to newly required policies where that is in fact erroneous. I have been denied prescription refills as well as subject to unnecessary and unsanctioned testing.

My husband and I have been treated by Dr. Pillai for about 10 years with great results. She has a great bedside manner and sits and talks with you about your problems. She's not in a hurry. Once I had some difficulty and she referred me to a specialist right away who was able to help me. Dr. Pillai even called the specialist's office to make sure I would get an appointment in a timely fashion...I got in the next day because of her call !! My husband and I love her :)

DR. Pillai was very personable, knowledgeable, and seemed genuinely interested in my health and well-being.

She is the best doctor a person could have. She answers all my questions, and she knows me well. I am a thankful for Dr. Pallai, I hope to keep her as my doctor for as long as she can put up with me! Thank you Dr. Pallai

This DR.. REFUSED to see me because i neededto pay my co pay at the end of the week! so now i have to go to the er for possible liver failure do to a drug she prescribed!!! I WILL NEVER be going back to this office and will advise all of my family and friends to go somewhere else

I was not feeling well and called to make an appointment. Doctor was out of town. I waited for a return call and nothing. After two messages I went to the urgent care center. Called to make follow up and again no return calls! Four days later finally get call back! This is the case everytime you need appoint. Leave numerous messages or have to go in person just for appoint. So unprofessional and never apology. Will be looking for a different Dr.

I have a 6 yr old that was sent home from school so we needed to see a dr. asap. This office you never get to talk to anyone live, you have to leave a message for a call back. so i left a message at 1pm, and never received a call back, so we called in the evening an were told they would page a dr. and have a dr. call us back, yep, no call back from anyone. this office obviously shows no care or concern for their patients. my husband also needed an emergency appt.on a different day, so he left a message at 10am and got a call back at 4pm to schedule an appt for the following day, which was just a little to late....I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS DR. or HER OFFICE. UNREAL!

if all you want is a antibiotic then this is the dr - if you want to know whats actually wrong you will have to go back a million times before she will send you to a specialist to find out what is actually going on. had me come in and pay a copay to find out test results were normal? I had to use up PTO at work for many visits where after the visit I felt it was a waste of money and time. Have received inaccurate information from her and her staff. you are treated like a number - they do not care at all about fixing the root of the problem. There is a woman dr in her practice that is much better at actually listening and solving the illness.
