Anastasia Veresciac, DO

Anastasia Veresciac, D.O., is a passionate, fellowship-trained pulmonologist specializing in Sleep Medicine. She is board certified in Pulmonary Disease and Internal Medicine, demonstrating her commitment to the highest standards of care.

Dr. Veresciac is adept at diagnosing challenging conditions and developing individualized treatment plans to meet each patient's unique needs. Through her training she has gained multidisciplinary experience in the evaluation and management of common and rare sleep disorders, including sleep apnea, circadian rhythm disorders, parasomnias, restless leg syndrome, insomnia and daytime sleepiness. She specializes in bronchoscopy, invasive and non-invasive ventilation management, and polysomnography (sleep studies) interpretation.

After completing her degree in Osteopathic Medicine from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisberg, West Virginia, Dr. Veresciac went on to an internal medicine residency at Wellington Regional Medical Center …in Wellington, Florida. She successfully completed two consecutive fellowship programs in Pulmonary Disease and Sleep Medicine at Hackensack Meridian Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, NJ, and Hackensack Meridian Ocean University Medical Center in Brick, NJ, respectively. This dual, specialized training gives her a comprehensive understanding of the complex relationship between respiratory health and sleep.

Dr. Veresciac is a member of several professional organizations, including the American College of Chest Physicians (CHEST) and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM). Outside of medicine, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and hiking.
