Dr. Andra Elizabeth Ibrahim Duncan, MD

Andra Ibrahim Duncan, MD, is a staff anesthesiologist in the Department of Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine at Cleveland Clinic. She is board-certified in Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Duncan specializes in cardiothoracic anesthesiology and critical care. A native of Minnesota, Dr. Duncan received her medical degree from the University of Minnesota School of Medicine. While a student, she received the Lange Medical Student Award. She did her clinical training with an internship in internal medicine at University Hospital in Boston followed by a residency in anesthesiology at Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston. She completed fellowships in Critical Care Medicine from Massachusetts General Hospital and in cardiac anesthesia from Children's Hospital in Boston. Her undergraduate work was in music at Gustavus Adolphus College in Minnesota. She was a Visiting Scholar in music at Mozarteum in Salzburg. Prior to her appointment to Cleveland Clinic
