Dr. Grosser and his staff are always kind, professional, on time, his care is outstanding!

This DDS botched a root canal, sending me to a specialist endodontist only 1.8 years after he performed the root canal. The specialist indicated the root canal was not completed fully, which lead to the infection that I developed less than 2 years later. I was in so much pain because of Grosser! To make matters worse, he sicked his bulldog bill collector lawyer and office manager on me when I disputed the charge. He was a bully when he didn't get $ up front.

I had a great experience. Dr. Grosser is easy to talk to, staff is organized, helpful. I had a procedure done that went very well. I have nothing but good things to say about this office. The wait time was less than 5 minutes, they respect your time.

I had a crown put in by Doc. Grosser and have had lots of troubles with it ever since. I went back twice. After the 3rd visit, I actually developed an infection in under the gum line! In fact, I had to spend more money eventually to see a specialist who had to correct the botched procedure that Dr. G completed. The specialist said quote "I am not in the habit of speaking against another other professional's work, but this was clearly not done right...."

Very cordial staff. excellent chair side manner. minimal pain if any. listens to your concerns and advises. Hadn't been to a dentist for many years and there was no shaming or talking down. Encouraging and does excellent work so far. Will be going back regularly now.
