UPDATE AFTER VISITING AN ACTUAL PEDIATRIC SPECIALTY CLINIC LICENSED BY THE ADA ...They are not pediatric dentists beware, no specialty training. after visiting another dentists office today my son has to have all the work done at CDG redone, the cavities were filled improperly- the dentist fused my sons two front teeth together, making it impossible to floss, and leaving decay on the backside, and a crown is necessary on the bottom of my 4 year olds mouth, on another tooth that was previously (improperly) filled by Dr. Michaelian. They do not use anesthesia, my poor 4 year old was screaming , as the dentist filled a cavity in between his two front teeth (which now look yellow!!! ) with no anesthesia now he has 5 more cavities..........they want to fill the cavities with no numbing cream the cavities are in his molars. i called boca park dental and they said no way that is unacceptable, come to our office immediately. the problem is cdg used up my insurance benefits taking the x-rays… and doing the exam so now i will have to pay out of pocket for the exam. oh well! i am not going to allow my son to be tortured. cdg is charging me a $15.00 fee to transfer my sons x-ray report to boca park dental never in my life have i been so disappointed with the practices of a dental/ medical practice not treating small children/ toddlers the same as adults ( what adult would get a cavity filled with out anesthesia???) and charging a parent to transfer records!! unbelievable. i haven't even mentioned the dirty facility, or the fact that when my son had his teeth cleaned- if you can call it that....it was a 5 minute procedure and his father said he was displeased as well with the service
