I strongly believe that if you don't have anything nice to say, you shouldn't say anything at all. I pray that God shows you mercy as He grants me grace. We will all stand before the judgment of God and be held accountable for our actions. "What you're doing in the dark, God will bring into the light."

This provider discharged us abruptly after a 10-minute visit, refused to review labs or listen to serious concerns about medication side effects, and within hours reported me to CPS under false pretenses. She had no time to discuss extreme fatigue, weight gain, or high blood sugar—but had time to file a detailed CPS report. It is her conduct that meets the definition of medical neglect: failure to listen, failure to act responsibly, and failure to provide safe care. She then charged my card without authorization, prescribed the wrong medication, and withheld treatment until CPS intervened. These are not the actions of an ethical or competent provider. I will not be silenced, and I urge other families to think twice before trusting this practice.

Not a serious office. Office staff is incompetent and it is difficult to navigate the office because no one is in charge. After one year it got worse. Asked multiple times to talk to the PA with no response. Followed by being, “GHOSTED.” Hard to believe WHOEVER is in charge allows this K-haus to occur. Knowing this is a young practice, disappointed they moved from “OK” to “NOT OK.”
