A PA saw me despite my appmt with Andrea S. Buck, at her clinic. I was consulted to do a procedure what was not a typical treatment option. She wanted to burn my lip instead of C02 and micro punch because they "do not do that here". She told me to try a small patch as a test and see how it heals! I will not be a guinea pig so you can make money!

My children and I are fair skinned and have been going to Dr Andrea Buck's office for years! She has skillfully removed multiple suspicious moles from us over the years. She has always been kind, cheerful and displays the utmost professionalism in every service provided.

I have been seen three doctors and one dermatologist for the last five years. My rash never got better daily without putting cream. It only stopped my itching temporary and I had to repeat the cream again and again for years. I am so lucky I got to know Dr. Bucks for the first time and only one office visit. office staff was so nice, I was able to get a next day appointment. Dr. Houde was amazing, professional and very informative. Office was clean and very well maintained.

Extremely arrogant and belittling when addressing me as a patient. Terrible bedside manner, I felt like I was there to make her money instead of treating my condition. Pushes her own products which I was instructed to buy directly from her office, instead of at the pharmacy. Brushed off my questions and concerns as a patient.

Doctor is arrogant and lectured me instead of listening. She spent more time in the appointment talking about herself and how long she had been practicing instead of addressing the problem I was there for.

I went to Dr Buck with a very serious problem she & her staff were so comforting & knowledgable I felt like their family She treated my condition and I’m on my way to a healthier life I am so ever grateful

Very thorough and diligent in diagnosis and treatment. Displays genuine concern for her patients.

I have been seeing Dr Buck for many years and find her very concerned and caring. I seldom wait for more than 15-20 minutes and does not seem rushed when attending to me. Her staff Is very efficient in calling me about results of procedures and answering any questions I have.
