Dr. Andrea Lee Dempsey, MD

I could not be more grateful for the accurate diagnosis and treatment provided by Dr. Andrea Dempsey and both of her Physician Assistants and her support team. I was suffering from symptoms complicating an upcoming surgery and was undergoing another treatment / therapy with no relief in sight. I scheduled a visit with Dr. Dempsey, who accurately diagnosed my ailment and provided immediate, effective treatment. Equally important, Dr. Dempsey took time to discuss and share personal experiences regarding my surgery and the challenging balance of treatment and quality of life. Her staff were very concerned, which I obviously appreciated. I would recommend her office to anyone.

Dr. Andrea Dempsey is a wonderful and passionate doctor which is just overworked with the new medical insurances. Trying to see any doctor in Vegas that is not a VIP doctor will take months. When you do get in to see her, she takes her time, listens, and really cares about your well being.

Good doctor.............but good luck getting to see her! They try and palm you off on a PA, but if you insist on seeing the doctor, expect to wait about 6 weeks! Office staff are the worst I've ever dealt with. Very condescending. Impossible to speak to the doctor without an appointment because they won't let you, You have been warned!

I was refereed to dr demsey by a friend. I have tons of health issues, so sometimes my visits take a bit longer because of all symptoms. I have been seen also by her PA Tamika, overall they have listened only once did she seem in a hurry. Prescription refills are easy, i have been well treated by staff, front office nurse etc. One thing i also like is the fact that she is not a pill pusher, which i like since iam hate strong pills and most of issues are being managed with simple over the counter items, where other doctors just hand you a prescription so strong to knock out a horse. I have had my share of dr in vegas and i can tell you this practice is the best by far.

I had an appointment with the PA, Tamika, for a general check-up. I though she was absolutely wonderful. She had a very warm personality and seemed to listen and respect everything I had to say. And then... Came the wait for the blood work to happen. While sitting in the waiting room, I actually heard the office staff talking about other patients and how they hated to see them walk-in because people with coupons just had bad attitudes. They spent at least 10 minutes having this conversation with other patients in the room! After waiting a good twenty minutes, I had several vials of blood taken by their phlebotomist and, over two weeks later, I still have bruising (likely not a sign of good technique). And then, my mother showed up for her appointment, was told she was supposed to be there 15 minutes earlier (not what she was informed of), and told the next opening is two weeks from now. Possibly a good doctor, but the office staff completely ruined the experience.

I am so fortunate to have a dr. like dr. Dempsey and her staff. She is very caring and compasonate. Her pa tomika is also wonderful. I have no qualms of recomending her to my friends and family.

They are too busy to care about what you are going through. No bedside manner...

I am happy to have Dr Dempsey as primary care physician for my 84 year old father. She has been very kind, competent, thoroughand follows a strict ethical code in medicine. I am very please with entrusting her with his medical needs. She and her medical staff have made the difficulties of being a caregiver a much easier task for me

Very abrupt office staff. They will tell you to do something one way, and then you will get scolded for having done it. The doctor is very different than her staff, seemingly, but it's always from the top that things get filtered down to the other employees. The office manager and nurse could both be more sensitive and caring in their approach. This doctor came highly recommended, but I was warned about her office staff and the information was correct.

Very nice at the beginig but you need 2 weeks notice for an appointment, don't get sick because she will not have time to see you, they will tell you to use the Concierge service.If you need a copy of your test, they charge you $40
