Dr. Andrea Garrett, MD

Dr.Garrett has been treating me for 14 years and she has always given me the absolute best treatment and care. She is very understanding and compassionate and I totally trust her 110%. I highly recommend Dr. Garrett to whoever is looking for the very best care!

I will never recommend you. I drove all around trying to find north hour farty my gps wasn't working. I tried calling a couple times and left a message and no one returned my call. And I think it's rotten that you wouldn't give me another appointment the following day when you have one open. forget, I give you a 1 star. You just need to work on that. That's really sad

As others have reported, I was disappointed in my first visit to Dr. Garrett. I spent 40 minutes in the waiting room, at which point I spoke to the receptionist (who was very accommodating). A few minutes later I was finally seen. The time with Dr. Garrett was brief, less than 10 minutes. Other than my areas of concern her inspection of the rest of my body was cursory to non-existent. I was counting on her to check my skin carefully but this never happened. She seemed very rushed and impersonal.

Dr Garrett has been treating me for 7 years. Polite and to the point her and Ellie (PA) both very wonderful people and helpful. Several surgeries and some Blue Light treatments they have kept me informed and I am happy with the results. Dr Garrett and Forefront are a great group.

Dr. was 20 minutes late, impatient, impersonal and dismissive. Told me my co-pay would be refunded and a week later I'm still waiting. When I called billing they said they had no knowledge of this and very dismissive.

Dr.Garrett is thorough. When she comes into the room she already has a plan in mind for your treatment. She is a efficient, so don’t expect much small talk from her. I don’t mind she’s polite and to the point.

I have seen Dr. Garrett for 2 years, but I have decided not to return. She’s not personable. She never asks me how I’m doing. She is always rushed in every appointment. It makes me feel uneasy and unimportant. I recently got an all-over skin check (it took six months to get this appointment) and it took only a few minutes. She didn’t even look at my chest, feet, hands, and neck. I feel like I wasted my time and money seeing her. Also, expect to wait an extra 30 minutes to hour before she walks into the room. I’ve decided I’m going to see a WASHU doctor instead, as this practice makes me feel like I’m just another number to them and not a patient. I’m not going to play with health and continue to see a doctor who can’t be bothered to carefully examine my moles.

Sr. Garrett was very patient and was able to quickly tell me what was wrong leading to an immediate treatment. I would definitely reccommend her and Forefront Dermotology due to their excellant customer service!
