Dr. Goins is a Tennessee native. She grew up in Knoxville, traveled to Pennsylvania to complete medical school before returning to the south. She knew from an early age that she wanted a career in pediatrics. She enjoys the many aspects of her work including caring for patients from birth through the school years, having discussions with families and teaching residents. In her off time, Dr. Goins enjoys the many family friendly activities Chattanooga has to offer.
