Not enough time for patient and provider interactions or conversations. The visit it too short. Overlake should develop a system to allow for longer patient visits.

Dr. Gonzalez remembered I have grandchildren and asked about them. I appreciated that she was interested in me and really listened to what was going on. She was kind, thorough and was a great listener. Many times you go to doctors and they haven't read your chart and are in a hurry. I didn't feel any of that with Dr. Gonzalez. I would highly recommend her to others.

Dr Gonzalez thoroughly listens to my concerns and my annual visit fully covers everything. Her advice is valuable, addresses all of my health issues. She is extremely kind and supportive.

Dr. Gonzalez is fantastic. Very kind, personable, patient, and she listens. She did not dismiss anything I shared and provided options for me with all of my questions and concerns. I have worked with so many past doctors who say I am young and healthy and don't worry. I have a family history of cardiovascular issues and she ordered up some very helpful labs that I didn't even know existed and they confirm that heart health is something I will need to be mindful of as I age given genetics.
