I went to Dr. Gonzalez for the first time. She was very condescending and hostile. I felt she was reprimanding me without even knowing me. I had difficulty remembering when my last lab test had been and with raised eyebrows she seemed incredulous. I will go back in all fairness. Maybe she was just having a bad day or something so I will give her another chance before I make my final decision.

WOW... Let me list the mistakes this “Dr.” made when I made the mistake of going to Northern Arizona Medical Center in the Village of Oak Creek 1). Sent perscription 1 to 2 different pharmacies 2) Sent perscription2 to wrong pharmacy3) Charged me for 2 office visits on same day anf time4) Miscoded 2 tests that should have been free so that it cost me 400 5) Trying to correct mistake 4 is still ongoing after 14 days and 12 calls and messages 6) Gozolez perscribed 2 medicines that dont interact together. She is defensive and condescending and her medical assistant viviaan is vompletly imcompetent and out right lies to patients. Stay Away at all costs!!!!!

worst medical practice I have ever been to. I would tell anyone to run to the nearest urgent care or ER because they can't see you and that's were you will end up anyway!! Pathetic practice!!!

This is an excellent physician with a sincere interest in getting the best and most effient patient care. Dr. Gonzalez is sensitive to medication problems, responding imediately. This is also true for any difficulties, painful or serious symptomology presented by her patients. She reacts quickly and thoroughly.

I have been seeing Dr. Gonzalez for several months and am very grateful for how knowledgeable and caring she is. I am especially pleased that she is open to my desire for discovering the most natural way to address whatever conditions I may be experiencing. I highly recommend her and the entire staff who treat everyone with respect and consideration.
