If I could give a zero star rating I would. This is absolutely the worst vision facility in Roseburg. Not only are they IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of on the phone, they are not interested in correcting their billing mistakes even when it is clearly pointed out by the insurance company and the patient. After a week of trying to resolve a billing issue (never should have received a bill if billed as vision instead of medical), waited 5 days for a call back from the office manager only to be hung up on. Save yourself the headache and the money, and go to New Visions Eyecare on Garden Valley. They are amazing, and customer friendly!!!

Dr Grey 10 yrs ago diagnosed my oldest son with diabetic retinopathy and over the next few years did everything in her power to save his sight. Sadly it was to far gone and ultimately he went blind in both eyes but her compassion and caring humbled our family. She later found cataracts in both of my eyes and successfully removed those. To those that had a bad experience, remember, the doctors and staff are people too and like you can have a crummy day like all of us. I just think how lousy a day my son has every day and pick myself up and move on.

Anybody with a certain medical degree provided they take an 8 hour course can quickly get a guideline on how to distribute facial fillers such as botox. This Dr ...optometrist....thought she could make a few extra bucks on consultations and applying botox/dysport. During my consult...I asked her what kind of experience she had other then taking the course...she said she had applied the fillers on employees..I gave her the benefit of the doubt....a doctor with no experience has No business playing with other people's money....It was the worst job that could ever be done. And to actually take people's money for consult is absurd! After applying dysport..( her sign outside her business says" botox") she actually said.." if it doesn't turn out...give Me a call and we can reapply...Yes , like after giving you around 675...if you are not able to get it right...I'll just drop on by and let you play practice while I give you more money for your mistakes. My own fault for tryi g to believe in… someone...I normally drive about 100 miles to get botox...30 cc at 300...I payed much more for incompetence . I was really hoping this gal would work out....right in my same town...make sure you go to someone that has LOTS of experience...someone that applies fillers several times a day...don't be afraid to ask them of their experience.....you shouldn't have to pay for a consult either....

From the reception desk to the back office people this was the best office experience I've ever had. Dr Gray was awesome and answered all my questions. She has a wonderful reputation and now I know why.

I would not waste your time going to this office. Not only is the staff ignorant (sent me someone elses medical records) but the doctor misdiagnosed not only me but a friend of mine. She really should lose her license!
