We moved here from Minnesota a couple of years ago.Looking for medical care,I went to Dr. Andrea. What an awesome Dr! I was given a thorough physical and all my concerns addressed. Can't get any better!

Horrible. 1st visit-fine. Our second visit in Aug., she insisted the 1st visit was referred to as “Establishing care", instead of calling it a “Welcome Visit” per Medicare (coding) - which then became an argument with her on my 2nd visit (“Annual Wellness Visit”) (per Medicare terminology). Because of this ‘fall-out’ with her, we then had to pay $203.00 for a blood test that she ordered (her signature is on it). Medicare continually told me that they would pay the bill if she coded it as ‘deemed necessary’ (whatever the coding is for that). She did deem it necessary in May, and then said that she already coded it correctly. It is of our opinion that she knew that we would fall through the billing abyss, as a personal vendetta, for her having been wrong. Her reasoning was that “he asked for it”,,say what ??? - nope, I was reminding her of our conversation from May. So, we were on the hook for the $203.00 payment. We ended up losing $203.00 from our kitchen table to this. She's fired

She was pretty good for the first six month but then her lack of communicating with me when I would send her a message through the portal or call her office, simply got worse and worse. Ignoring your patients is not good business. I found another PCP who replies within minutes.

I would not recommend this office or this doctor to anyone. I was under her care for over 6 months and she did not help me at all. I have a couple of conditions that requires me to go to a specialist, she gave me 4 referrals for 4 different doctors and not one of them treats what is wrong! Each time I had to contact her office by phone and email to ask once again for a referral. No one returned my calls, and my emails not answered for weeks! Completely unacceptable! Something that should have taken a couple of days has turned into months with no relief in sight! The last straw was she referred me back to a doctor that I had already seen and the treatment didn’t work!
