Dr. Andrea B Kaplan, MD

On my first visit with Dr. Kaplan, she barely spent 10 minutes with me. I’ve been in quite an ill state for several years and had many symptoms and complaints. She ordered just a basic blood work up, and suggested that I see a dermatologist because “I am fair,” which I am actually not. She did not request any of my past records, or any of my other doctors contacts. She also requested the same blood work and dermatologist suggestions for my mother, who is a senior! She had awful bedside manner, frankly she made me uncomfortable. She really didn’t say much during our time together, and made faces at my suggestions for bloodwork and remarks that simply were not true. Very big on the smiles and the pleasantries. Extremely short I’m exploring the overall patient history other than the most superficial. I am blessed to have no major or chronic, life-threatening illnesses. But no matter what I needed or requested, I have never encountered someone who deals with everything I referring it to third parties like this doctor. Give up your job or whatever it is you do buy a Calendar, and start booking appointments... for endless referrals within her medical group/circle, or better yet find an online telephone Dr service.

Dr. Andrea Kaplan is very professional, specialized and friendly. She is a knowledgeable family physician that cares her patients with great courtesy and politeness… during my very first visit I had a detailed conversation and not just a fast clinic visit so it was a really nice experience. Her staff was also nice, kind and responsive made me feel very comfortable. Bottom line the doctor I saw took great care of the problems rapidly and when I go back for whatever reason it’s always an excellent experience. Highly recommending amazing doctor very professional and knows what she is talking about…

Very poor service. She can't diagnose issues, very good of handing over to other specialists.

I like Dr.Kaplan very much. I have trusted few doctors in my life, but fully trust her. I have been seeing her for many years. She always spends time with me and gets my issues figured out. What separates her from other doctors in my opinion is that she actually cares about me. Often times with other doctors I felt as though I was just another chart or so to say, but not with Dr.Kaplan. Many of my family members go to her and I recommend her to everyone I know. A great, trustworthy doctor, and person.

Great doctor, really cared about me and helped me out. Very personable and knowledgeable- knows her stuff well. Would recommend to all, I have sent family members to her and they have all had good experiences as well.
