It does not take a phd to tell you that you cannot numb an infected tooth. Even if you could, the amount of anesthetic would be copious. She wanted to pull the tooth on the same day that I couldn't be numbed. I wanted to take the safe route, be prescribed antibiotics, come back when the infection was cleared. That seemed to have made her mad but she prescribed a weeks supply of antibiotics. Because of the way my insurance is, I can only get one dentist visit per month according to them. I called to request a refill. I was denied because I didn't have the tooth pulled on the day I couldn't be numbed. I tried to explain to that secretary, but she kept interrupting me. I gave her a piece of my mind. Got a letter in the mail today. I am now banned from that place. Like I was wanting to go back to that butcher shop anyways. Avoid this dentist. The experience makes me think that she is satisfied by giving pain to others.

High cost dentist, and not convinced that any work was performed or even necessary.
