Dr. Key is top notch. She fully knows how to visit with a hormonal teenager. And her worried mom. She is kind. Perceptive. Extremely knowledgeable. Listens well. Provides great feedback. The best.

Both of my kids have been going to Dr Key since the day they were born. Over 7 years now. She is very reliable, caring and easy to talk to. I have always felt comfortable and very trusting of her opinions. She is very good with the kids and I highly recommend her to everyone!

Dr. Key is always very caring towards my children. You can tell she is more than just a doctor she is a good person, an yes that counts for something because my children are not all stressed about going to apointments. She gets to the root of the problem and fixes it. I have had nothing but positive experiences in her office and with her nurses. I highly recommend this very caring and thourough pediatric doctor!

Dr. Key is very quick on finding out what the problem is and knowing what to do, I however do not like the long wait, i would highly reccommend her to other mothers that need a good pediactric doctor. She is a doctor that really cares and knows her medical information.

Dr Key is so sweet and professional. She comes in the room with a huge smile on her face everytime. She talks to my girls and gets to know them before anything else. My oldest daughter sings and yodels and she always asks her. To sing for her which really makes my daughter feel good. Even when she's sick. She's been extremely accurate in diagnosing my girls and when she doesn't feel comfortable treating them she refers them to specialists. My oldest has had 2 surgeries, tubes in her ears and has had to see an allergy Dr and Dr Key referred excellent specialists each time. One of the best things about her is she doesn't wear a lab coat. My girls love her and are comfortable going to the Dr. Especially when its such a pleasant experience.

I have never written a review about anything in my life but I feel so strongly about the bad service I received that I felt the need to do so in this case.I read a couple of nice reviews about Dr. Key so I wanted to switch from our current pediatrician to see if Dr. Key could help me find a solution for my 3 month old son's irritated skin and congestion. I called Northwest Pediatric Clinic 5 times and had to hang up 3 of those times due to ridiculously long times on hold. I finally got through and left a message to make an appointment on a Thursday morning...the call was returned MONDAY EVENING at 5:45pm to tell me that Dr. Key had "decided" to take us on as patients (I was told she was accepting new patients during my initial call so I thought that was comical but decided to try her out nonetheless). I tried calling back first thing Tuesday morning and had to hang up due to wait times. When I did get through one time, the receptionist told me to call back in 15 minutes. I would rather… have left a message for them to call ME back...a little unprofessional in my opinion. When I called back, I was on hold for about 10 minutes total (after receptionist picked up phone twice to ask who I was holding for). When the person I was told to call back finally came to the phone, she was very distracted and rushed through all of the information gathering and such. I was then transferred to a nurse (after 2 more minutes of holding) and she asked questions about my son's condition and said she would call back. She called back to tell me Dr. Key would prefer to not see my child until he had been in for a well child check up. I was wanting help with my unwell child, not a well child because our current pediatrician's suggestions were not helping. Very disappointing...maybe she doesn't know what it feels like when your child doesn't feel well. Will not be using this pediatrician or practice.

My daugther is 11 years old and has been a patient of Dr. Keys since the day she was born. We had a health scare when she was 6 months old. I wouldn't have been able to get through it if it wasn't for Dr. Key. She called after hours to check on my daugther and to make sure I was doing okay.She always takes time to talk with my daughter during check ups and shows an interest in not only her health, but also her life in general. My daughter loves to visit Dr. Key! If we ever moved out of Oklahoma or if she no longer took our insurance, we would still use her as our Pediatrician. She's a wonderful doctor who is accurate, professional, friendly, and caring. It doesn't get any better than that!
