Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:My career in medicine began in 9th grade during my biology class when I came home and announced to my parents that I wanted to become a doctor. My love for children, the encouragement of my parents and the mentorship of 2 physicians, including my own pediatrician at that time, helped to pave the way for me into this most rewarding job in the world!What I want my patients to know about me:I consider it an absolute privilege and an honor to walk alongside you on your parenthood journey. I love watching your children grow up! My care and concern for your child extends beyond the office walls, as I'm often thinking about your child and wondering how they are doing while I'm at home with my own children. What I do when I'm not seeing patients:My time outside of the office is spent with my husband and four children. I also enjoy reading.
