Great Doctor.

The office the doctor uses as the old Eastland mall is ridiculous. It took me two months JUST to get an appointment. Since she had not seen me, she wouldn't authorize a refill on my maintenance medications. So, for 2 months I have been without medication and finally the day of my appointment arrived. After sitting in the waiting room for AN HOUR, I was taken to the patient area and had my blood pressure and temperature taken. After waiting there for another 50 minutes I stepped out and asked one of the techs' if the dr. would be able to see me in the next 20-30 minutes because I had to get back to work. She said probably not, she's a little behind. I don't think keeping a new patient waiting over 2.5 hours is good business practice or a "little" behind. Of course-this "new patient" is now a FORMER patient and will be returning to her dependable primary care physician even if he is 18 miles further than this doctor.
