Absolutely the worst dental office I have ever known.

Her practice simply wanted to take x-rays with their old bite wing film machines multiple multiple times to simulate panoramic view. Then used the fuzzy x-ray to sell me the need for scaling and root planning. And to top it off, she refused teeth cleaning unless I agree to take the unneeded procedures. What a waste of my time and money. Beware!!

This office runs a "bait and switch" operation either on a regular basis or on new patients, I do not know. New in town, I was accepted for my regular bi-yearly teeth exam and cleaning under my Humana dental plan. My prior 6 months exam and X-ray and cleaning with another dentist in another town went well and had no negative comments. Having had my x-rays only 6 months prior, I refused to have another set taken. But the hygienist promised that they would not charge me for the x-rays as they needed them before cleaning. Lo and behold, the dentist used the X-rays to insist that I needed to have periodontal scaling and root planning ... before she would allow for teeth cleaning. Worst yet, they subsequently billed me for the x-rays knowing that they were not entitled to it (they called Humana on my coverage and status prior to admitting me into their clinic). And I know it was a scam because my own nephew and sister-in-law who are practicing dentists in other parts of the country saw… the x-rays (i asked for a copy) and did not agree with this dentist conclusions. So be careful with this office if you decide to see the dentist here.
