I love Dr. Miller, I've been seeing her for years, her staff is great. Waits are long, I've never been seen sooner than an hour past my appt time, but she doesn't rush you through your appt, so I can deal with that. But I just can't deal with the hold times anymore. I have never been able to get them on the phone without waiting on hold for at least 45 mins, longest phone wait time was 1 hour and 30 mins. I just can't spend that kind of time on the phone waiting to ask a quick question.

I have seen Dr. Miller several times for different things. Most importantly, she help me balance my hormones with patience! She has an excellent "bedside' manner. I never felt rushed.

Her new receptionist or office manager needs to be a little more forgiving. I got caught in traffic and was 20 min early for my appointment, instead of 30 and she was ready to cancel the appointment. She was snippy when I pointed out that I was not late, and if I had the paperwork completed by the scheduled time, I did not cause a delay. She went to ask Dr Miller or her nurse and came back with a snippy "well OK". I am a professional as well and understand needing to stay on schedule. I also know that my time during the business day has a dollar value as well and she needs to understand that late is late and not 30 minutes early.

Dr. Andrea Miller is best doctor that I have seen in years. She generally cares and listens. She works in partnership with you as you work through the healing process and managing your health concerns.

Always excellent care! I have seen Dr. Miller for different situations. Her nurse, Michelle, is also very helpful. On each occasion, Dr. Miller has been patient with me, taking the time to explain things. I have never felt rushed. This last time, I had a serious allergic response and they saw me the same day. Since it was right before Christmas, Dr. Miller made sure I had her mobile number in case I had additional problems or questions.
