While wait times seemed to be appropriate and receptionist quite friendly, the rest of my experience with this physician was terrible. Too many things to mention in one short review. The last straw was when I asked for a medication for my husband and I (which was recommended by our children's pediatrician of over 12 years for a diagnosed health related issue that could affect the whole family) and was told that "she didn't feel comfortable prescribing". It should be noted that this was an anti-parasitic NOT a pain med that was being requested. When I pushed a bit asking her to at least call our pediatrician to better understand the request, I was told that "I couldn't just call her and request whatever med I wanted and expect her to give it!" When I reminded her that I wasn't just requesting some random med...that it was recommended by another physician, I was told, "We're using my medical license, not your pediatricians, and that if I had a problem with that than I should find… another physician!" I requested that she indeed call the infectious disease doc that she mentioned to consult and get back to me. Our pharmacist called us the next day and told me that she had called in the prescription. So...after giving me a hard time about the med and, in my opinion, being unprofessional, short, and showing no compassion at all for the medical issue our family was dealing with...she must have contacted an infectious disease doc and then called in the prescription. However...I never even got the courtesy of a phone call from her to let me know that the prescription was called in...never mind an apology. It should also be noted that I have written many excellent reviews of physicians...however, when service is bad...it deserves a truthful review.

She completely disregarded everything I said, down to my list of symptoms which she told me to bring back in two weeks, after I waited an hour and a half in the waiting room.
