Dr. Andrea Jenke Pfeifer, DO

Long wait time, and your Rx will not have been faxed to your pharmacy like expected.

She advertizes her program as a “physician assistant weight loss,” however, I NEVER saw her. Her tech asst took care of me. In spite of having listed all of the meds I was taking for hypertension, I was told by her asst that the drug, Phentermine HCL 37.5 MG, would not cause any problems. She sold me the drug direct for $85. I called my primary care physician to get approval to take this drug, and he immediately told me no! He stated that any dr. that reviewed my hypertensive meds would never subscribe this drug. The following week, I arrived for my scheduled laser treatment. I waited more than an hour before I was finally taken to the back. After another 15 min wait, I was told that dr. Pfeifer was running late with another patient and could not perform my procedure. I left without being seen. Dr. Pfeifer did not even extend me the professional courtesy of even meeting me herself and explaining the situation. Until today, I have NEVER met this dr . I would NEVER recommend this dr. Her… professional decorum and intentions are suspect. Go at your own risk!

Walk ins are welcome for their weight loss program and B12 shot (advertised on Groupon). However, be prepared to wait and/or be asked to return another day. The front desk isn't manned at all times. So you sign in on the clipboard and wait or hope to be called. It takes a while to get acknowledged of your existence. I don't think I will recommend this clinic if you're looking for a family doctor. Whenever I call the facility, I have to leave a message and wait for somebody to return my call. Something seems to be broken like the printer or another thing.

She was wonderful and attentive. She discussed my problem and ensured I left understanding her diagnosis and plan. I strongly recommend this physician.
