Dr. Andrea Quintana, DO

I am a nurse and very particular about whom I choose to use as my physician, but I can say without any hesitation that Dr Quintana and her staff is phenomenal. She is attentive, courteous, diligent, and conscientious . I have referred many friends and coworkers and everyone is very pleased. The office is spotless. I noticed they are maintaining social distancing, disinfecting well and staff were wearing masks and shields and took extra care in maintaining a safe environment. This is very important to me.

So I happen to be in the office with my daughter and they did some test that were not discussed with me as a parent considering my daughter is a minor and when I got the bill in the mail from the lab it was regarding testing that as I said was never discussed I called the doctors office and I was really rudely Answered not only by the medical assistant but by the office manager as far as that they didn’t need to discuss any testing with me that was done on my daughter let me remind you my daughter is a minor and it was an STD testing that my daughter is not even sexually active with when I went into the office to argue the issue Dr Quintanna herself told me that she did not need to tell me any of it however when I called four different blood work she was able to discuss that with me so it’s either you can or you can’t very unprofessional would never recommend

Unorganized and unprofessional no sense of teamwork favoritism and a rotating door as far as staff I think it says a lot about management

I LOVE this office. I'm reading some of these reviews and I don't think they are for real. I've been to other doctors in the area and let me tell you Quintana is on the ball! They are very informative, thorough and very nice. Whoever reads these negative reviews, I urge you to go and find out for yourself - you will NOT be disappointed!

Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful.

Dr. Q. has been my primary for 15+ years, and I recommend her to friends all the time. She and her staff are both knowledgeable and thorough; making time for patient education with every visit. I feel just as comfortable seeing Roseann, the NP and the PAs, John, Tetyana & Rebecca as I do Dr. Q. herself. The office is clean and bright; wait times are normally 20 minutes or less with the exception of peak flu and sick seasons. Joanne at the front desk is delightful, and has been there as long as I can remember. All around excellent care.

Not recomnended.They do not follow up with your problems.Doctor ,herself is not seeing patients .You see PA's and RN 's most of the time.

DO NOT GO HERE! Zero stars would be a better rating. Do not let the pictures of new building fool you. Totally unprofessional. Their staff is not knowledgeable and full of excuses. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Let me tell you about it... To make a long story short, I got blood work done about 3 months ago. After calling several times and leaving several messages, I received a call from another doctor that works there and she said, "Your cholesterol is sky high". My response, "I've always considered myself to be a health person (32 years old, 5'10", 170 pounds) and I've never had and issues before, what does this mean? What should I do? Where is the doctor that I saw?". Doctors response, "Dr Quintana isn't in until Monday. Google it". In shock from her statement, I did as she said. After several attempts to contact Andrea Quintana, she finally called back and instead of apologizing for the doctors directions she proceeds to defend her and say,… "That's not my job. I'm not a nutritionist". In my opinion, a few pointers in the right direction would have been the correct response (Stay away from fatty foods, red meat, anything high in saturated fat, etc. and then proceed to say you can see a nutritionist and go over a specific diet with them.) Fast forward 3 months I had my blood rechecked. They called the night before to confirm the appointment. When I arrived they asked me when the last time I ate or drank was. I told them "5 minutes ago in the truck, no one told me not to eat or drink". They said that it was fine and proceeded to do the blood work anyway. It took me 14 days from the appointment to get my results. I called and left several messages every time I called with no response. I finally went into the office and had to demand to see my results. As I expected, the results are not accurate. They did not offer to do a retest or anything. I will NEVER return and I would NEVER recommend this doctor...if she even deserves that title. This office is a complete joke and should be closed down. There is no excuse to be treated like this. Post date: 1/24/18

She is thoughtful and takes time with you. She really cares about her patience.

I have just switched primary doctors due to insurance issues. For the first time in awhile I was very happy that my company changed insurance coverage. Dr. Quintana is of the best doctors I have encountered. Dr. Quintana took her time, she chatted with me while at the same time using here medical expertise . PEOPLE ARE JUST NOT LIKE THIS ANYMORE ( LET ALONE PHYSICIANS). However Dr. Andrea Quintana is and that says a lot. Her support team are very nice and exhibit a professionalism that is hard to find these days.
