Dr. Andrea Radebold, MD

Dr. Radebold is the best doctor I have had experience with in my lifetime. Though her wait times in her office are quite long, she is thorough, listens well to my concerns, and treats my visits with care, even if the ailment is small and seems inconsequential.

Exceptional doctor. Doesn't sugar coat anything and tells you like it is (the true German way). Always returns your calls. She diagnosed my friend's cancer pretty much on the spot.

Dr. Radebold is a warm, caring, compassionate, and no nonsense physician. She tells it as it is. Refreshing. On more than one occasion she has either waited for me or fitted me in. She is a work horse and she knows her stuff. The best primary care I have had in my long life. I have total faith in her.

Violates HIPA practices by accepting all calls while in the room with patients. This leads to privacy concerns, and takes away time from the patient sitting in front of her. She instructs the staff to put through all her calls. Won't allow messages to be left. One can only believe she doesn't want to have any work at the end of the day. This hurts both patients. She can be outright mean and ruthless. Never met anyone who could come up with an answer for everything, so quickly, correct or not. If you need compassion or help, run the other way!!

A great doctor open to alternatives. This office is poorly operated and communication through the telephone staff surely.

She never seemed to have the time for me. When she did see me, she was always rushed. She described all the services she would do for me, then never did any of them. On more than one occasion, she told me she didn't have time to talk to me, then lectured me for at least 15 minutes on how stupid her patients were. She never got back to me with test results, including urgent ones.

I saw Dr. Radebold a few years back and was incredibly disappointed with her. Due to her unwillingness to listen to me and my family history, my illness was constantly misdiagnosed by her and I was forced to suffer in pain for over a year until one of her colleagues did the proper testing and correctly diagnosed me. I knew exactly what was wrong with me and she refused to listen, hopefully she has changed.

Like Dr. Radebold very much. She is an excellent doctor in my opinion.

Compassionate, explains completely, takes time, I have never felt rushed...However, having said all this good stuff about Dr. Radebold...the staff is not courteous, unprofessional and shows a complete lack of people skills. If i didn't like Dr. Radebold so much i would swich
