Been with Dr Ramsay for 25 years. Unfortunately, office will not file with my insurance any more, after years of doing so. The staff was awful in old office but new office is much better. Sadly, I need to find another DR that office will work with me.

This office is the bottom of the barrel. I have been waiting for two weeks to get a medicine for diabetes. Is is so simple yet do difficult for the doctor to fill out an insurance form. Luckily I don't have a terminal condition yet because if I did she would just let me die.

I ve been seeing Dr Ramsey for almost 1.5 years. She and her staff are very professional and caring. I wanted to lose weight and get off narcotic pain killers and she was so supportive and helpful in my achieving these goals. A year later I'm down 75 lbs and off all drugs!! My thanks to Dr. Ramsey and Sophie Wozab (Ayurvedic practitioner)!

Just coming from my wonderful Dr Ramsey she's the best even when i suggest medication she stop me and wanted me to try alternative solutions i just love her .And her pct Gerta she's awesome she my blood and i felt nothing Fancy the office she's very nice and pleasant i am just happy at that office

So I have been a patient for a few months now and Dr Ramsay is great it is sad to say that her practice is going to be affected big time by the incompetence of her staff. They are never available to speak on the phone. Two options on their menu when you call take you to an answering service you can't even speak to a live person. Twice they have refused to give me a referral I need for pre-op and post-op appts I needed to have. I actually had to call Humana myself to get the authorization I needed for my surgery!!! They never return your calls and not to mention you walk in and they don't even say hello to you as you are signing in! I feel bad because I feel Dr. Ramsay probably doesn't have a clue as to how hey are handling her patients. It's absolutely disgusting the incompetence and immaturity as to how they work on a day to day basis. I am filing a complaint because this is unacceptable. I could go on and on but hopefully some own one day wil see this and help Dr. Ramsay stay open… with her practice because her staff wil be her business demise.

Excellent doctor. Keep you comfortable, spends time hearing you. As an improve, she needs to have a better front desk staff.

You feel very comfortable around Dr. Ramsey. She listens and give you different options.

THIS WAS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A DR !! FROM THE MOMENT I MET HER SHE SHOWED TRUE COMPASSION AND CONCERN ABOUT ME , MY HEALTH AND WELL BEING !! I HAVE NEVER HAD A DR THAT CARED AS MUCH / HAS SUCH AN AMAZING BED SIDE MANNER !!!

I was looking for a doctor who listens, cares, and thinks "outside the box". Dr. Ramsey has met all of my expectations. She is caring and spiritual, not just one of those who believes that only medications can fix all the health problems. She looks at her patients entirely -their lifestyle, physical and spiritual wellness, in order to improve their health AND lives. Wait time sometimes may take a little longer, but that only tells you that she doesn't rush through her appointments and she really spends as much time as needed with her patients.
